We now represent over 160 public entities throughout the State. Most have been clients on a long-term basis. Our claims administration skills are very beneficial even to our fully insured clients as we "watch dog" every single claim to be certain all coverage issues are explored and that every possible defense available is investigated. We employ a state of the art Risk Management Information System (RMIS) that will generate any variety of ad hoc report the client or their consultant may desire. We have taken cities from self-insurance, to self-insured retentions, to first dollar programs, and back again. This has been done with continuity based on our quality insurance markets and individual client preferences. We also have experience in handling existing claims run off to completion from other brokers, SIR and pooling plans. We administer a single group of 10 northeast Ohio communities representing a population of 175,000.
